James Bay Gintrigue Barrel Finished Gin Tasting Notes:
Sweet on the nose, with mild-juniper and cassia to start, followed by complex bourbon and cognac notes in the mid-palate, with a lingering sweet finish. Ideal for a gin-based mule and equally at home as an Old- Fashioned with orange bitters and twist.
