Jacob's Pardon Small Batch American Whiskey No 3 18 year 750 ML

Jacob’s Pardon Small Batch American Whiskey No. 3 18 Year is a rare, extended-aged expression built on patience and oak. Aged for nearly two decades in charred barrels, this American whiskey is made from carefully selected grains and bottled at a bold 71.4% ABV, delivering remarkable depth without sacrificing balance. Time shapes every layer, creating a spirit that feels intentional from the first pour.

The nose opens with aged oak, vanilla bean, and dried fruit, followed by toffee, dark chocolate, and a touch of citrus peel. On the palate, caramelized sugar, toasted wood, and soft vanilla lead into richer notes of cocoa, cinnamon, nutmeg, leather, and tobacco. The finish lingers with charred oak, gentle smoke, and warm spice. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to unlock its full character.
