Jacob's Pardon Small Batch American Whiskey No 2 8 year 750 ML

Jacob's Pardon Small Batch American Whiskey No. 2 8 Year is crafted in the United States and inspired by the resilience of the Prohibition era. Aged eight years, it opens with aromas of butterscotch, maple, and warm oak. The palate follows with caramelized brown sugar, honey, toasted oak, ripe stone fruit, and soft vanilla spice, revealing a whiskey shaped by time and traditional American grain.

Sip slowly and the texture stays smooth, gliding into notes of dark chocolate, nutmeg, light smoke, and lingering oak. The finish is warm and balanced, echoing hints of leather and subtle tobacco. Enjoy this American whiskey neat for the full character, with a splash of water or over a large cube, or stirred into a classic Old Fashioned.
