Hooten Young American Whiskey Batch 01 12 year 750 ML

Hooten Young American Whiskey Batch 01 12 Year is a patiently crafted spirit distilled in Indiana by MGP and matured for over a decade to achieve remarkable depth and character. Made from a mash bill of 99% corn and 1% barley, the whiskey is distilled to 189 proof, barreled at 140 proof, and bottled at 92 proof after resting 12 years in second-fill barrels. This long aging allows the grain sweetness and oak influence to develop into a refined and balanced American whiskey.

The flavor opens with inviting notes of maple and vanilla, followed by hints of ripe apple and soft caramel that glide across the palate. A gentle oak warmth carries into a long, smooth finish that rewards slow sipping. Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water, it’s a whiskey that celebrates time, patience, and classic American distilling tradition.
