Holystone Distilling Cerulea Gin 750ml

Hand-distilled and hand-bottled in Murray, Utah, Cerulea Gin is Holystone’s 92-proof tribute to breast-cancer warriors. The naturally purple spirit changes color when ingredients alter pH, making its distinctive presentation part of the bottle’s character.

Holystone describes a lavender-forward aroma. On the palate, lavender is joined by sweet citrus and candied-flower notes, then finishes with cedar and soft vanilla. The distillery handles every bottle individually from fill through corking and labeling. This is a 750 mL bottle at 46% ABV (92 proof).
