High N Wicked Rose Tattoo Single Malt Irish Whiskey is born in County Carlow, Ireland, crafted from 100% locally sourced malted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills. Matured in ex-bourbon barrels before an eight-month finish in French oak casks that once held Famiglia Pasqua Amarone, this cask strength release is bottled at 59.9% ABV, non-chill filtered and free from additives.

The nose opens with caramelized pear, apple pie, brown sugar, and candied cherry, layered with cinnamon crumble, Earl Grey tea, and a trace of fresh herbs. Full and commanding on the palate, it delivers cocoa, honey butter, and ripe orchard fruit, finishing dry with black tea and refined tannins from the Amarone cask. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to unlock its depth.
