Hibiki Suntory Whisky Blossom Harmony Bottled in 2024 700ml

Suntory’s Hibiki Blossom Harmony incorporates whisky finished in Sakura (Japanese cherry) casks into its blended Japanese whisky. This is the Bottled in 2024 release: the year appears on its own front label, distinguishing it from standard Hibiki Japanese Harmony and from other annual Blossom Harmony bottles. Malt and grain whiskies make up the blend, offered here in a 700ml bottle at 43% ABV (86 proof).

Suntory describes floral aromas recalling cherry blossom and osmanthus, followed by a rounded palate with acacia-honey, pear and sakura-mochi-like sweetness. The finish is long and floral. Sakura-cask finishing gives Blossom Harmony its characteristic lift, while the year-specific label and artwork make this bottling identifiable beside earlier releases. Enjoy it neat or with a small measure of soda, as the producer suggests for the series.
