Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond Double Mash 9 Year Old Bourbon 750ml

Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond Double Mash unites the distillery’s traditional bourbon and wheated bourbon mash bills in one nine-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon. The combination balances the structure of rye-grain bourbon with the softer, rounded influence of wheat while meeting Bottled-in-Bond requirements.

Bottled at 50% ABV, or 100 proof, it shows warm amber color and opens with toasted oak, honey, and a hint of white pepper. Bright honey and citrus oil shape the palate before a rich caramel finish accented by baking spices.
