Hayashi 24 Year Aged Ryukyu Whisky 700ml

Hayashi draws on Okinawa's long awamori-distilling tradition in a 24-year Ryukyu whisky. Its gentle nose opens with crème caramel, baked peach, dried grass, stewed fruit and candied peel, then moves to a clean, light-textured palate of watermelon, dragon fruit, citrus peel, red apple and warm spice, with pepper, clove and red currant threaded through it.

The finish brings mixed peel and spicy mincemeat notes. Bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof) in a 700ml format, it offers a fruit-forward profile shaped by its long maturation.
