Griffo Stout Barreled Whiskey 750ml

Inspired by Griffo Distillery’s brewery friends, this whiskey pairs the nutty sweetness of corn with roasted malts, then spends time in new American oak before finishing in used stout beer barrels from Lagunitas Brewery.

Fresh fig, caramel, coffee bean and chocolate lead the aroma and palate, with a long finish of espresso, chocolate and a hint of tobacco. Its 55% corn, 35% rye and 10% roasted-barley mash bill adds further depth. Bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV), this Sonoma County whiskey comes in a 750ml bottle.
