Gracias a Dios Agave Gin Oaxaca Recipe 750ml

An Oaxacan take on gin built on an Espadín agave base rather than neutral grain spirit. Gracias a Dios triple-distills the spirit with eight locally rooted ingredients: juniper, orange and lemon peels, cacao and toasted coffee seeds, eucalyptus, rosemary, and prickly-pear peels. The result is a distinctive botanical profile shaped by Oaxaca.

The nose is aromatic with dried avocado leaf, yerba santa, juniper and spice. Orange and tangerine meet anise, dried smoked chile and chocolate on the palate, finishing dry with mild acidity and a touch of bitterness. Bottled at 45% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
