Gin No. 25

Gin No. 25 is Leopold Bros' cocktail-driven gin, created to mark Todd Leopold's 25th year in fermentation. The distillery separately distills green and red mandarin oranges from Santa Catarina, Brazil, then blends those distillates with orris root, juniper, Sri Lankan white pepper, and South African rooibos tea. It is bottled at 47% ABV in a 750ml format.

The profile brings together bright citrus, floral aromatics, and earthy, savory botanicals. Green mandarin contributes aromatic peel, while later-harvest red mandarin adds an intense floral-citrus character. The white pepper and botanical blend carry the gin toward a piquant finish, giving the producer's stated cocktail focus a layered, structured foundation.
