Garrison Brothers Single Barrel Bourbon 750ml

Garrison Brothers Single Barrel Bourbon 750ml is a Texas straight bourbon whiskey made by Garrison Brothers Distillery in Hye, Texas. Each barrel admitted to the Single Barrel program is tasted and selected by master distiller Donnis Todd, and the distillery states that these barrels are aged for at least three years. This individual-bottle format contains 750 mL and is bottled at 47% ABV / 94 proof.

Garrison Brothers describes each barrel as a distinct expression shaped by Texas’s climate and maturation in American white oak. Because no two selected barrels are identical, the producer emphasizes variation rather than a single fixed tasting profile: one may lean complex and sweet, while another may show a more robust, spiced character. The Single Barrel program dates to 2013, when changes in Texas law allowed distilleries to sell products directly to visitors and Garrison Brothers introduced the release in its Hye gift shop. The result is a barrel-specific presentation of the distillery’s straight bourbon, with its age, bottling proof, and individual-barrel character clearly defined.
