Fuyu Japanese Blended Mizunara Finish Whisky 700 mL

Fuyu combines 50% malt whisky with 50% grain whisky, maturing the blend for three years in American white oak before a six-month finish in Japanese Mizunara oak. That finishing step brings a distinctly oak-led dimension to the whisky while the American oak foundation contributes vanilla and caramel.

Honey, apricot, caramel, and gentle oak lead the aroma. The palate moves through pear and apple with soft vanilla, light spice, and subtle smoke, then settles into fruit, caramel, and delicate oak spice. This Japanese blended whisky is bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof) in a 700 mL format.
