From Oaxaca’s southern highlands, Cucharillo is a 2021 limited-edition sotol made with 100% wild Dasylirion plants from the García family estate. Erstwhile identifies it as a small-batch release from the Lucas García family, naturally fermented in Sabino cypress wood tanks and distilled in a copper alembic.

Fresh oregano, lemon balm, mint, and wild mountain herbs shape its botanical, mineral-rich profile, leading to a bright, herbaceous finish with a silky texture. Cucharillo Sotol is bottled at 48% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
