Elijah Craig Private Barrel Kentucky Straight Barrel No 6879511 9 year 750 ML

Elijah Craig Private Barrel Kentucky Straight Barrel No 6879511 9 year is a single barrel release from Bardstown, Kentucky, selected for its distinctive character and bottled at full barrel proof with an ABV that naturally varies by cask. Made from a traditional mash of corn, rye, and malted barley, this expression highlights the brand’s long heritage of aging whiskey in deeply charred American oak for bold, uncompromising flavor.

The nose opens with spice, vanilla, orchard fruits, honey, and soft chocolate, followed by a rich palate of oak, cream, char, smoke, and layered sweetness. The finish is intense and long, delivering warmth and depth with every sip. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to unlock its complexity, this private barrel is a true one-of-a-kind bourbon for collectors and serious whiskey drinkers.
