Edmond's Honor 750ml

Madagascar vanilla gives Edmond’s Honor its defining character, beginning with a high-corn mash bill rested in American oak casks. The bourbon is finished in French oak Cognac casks that previously held Madagascar vanilla, then slow-proofed and blended with a touch of pure Madagascar vanilla essence.

Aromas include orange blossom, brown sugar, cinnamon, and toasted oak. The palate brings bourbon vanilla, sandalwood, and candied almonds with warming allspice, zesty citrus, and wild honey; baking spice and vanilla remain on the finish. This 750ml bottle is bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof).
