Eden Mill Golf Gin 700ml

Eden Mill Golf Gin is a London Dry gin inspired by St Andrews and its golfing landscape. The Scottish producer distills it with gorse, heather, and lavender foraged from the Old Course, complemented by Scottish kombu seaweed. The current illustrated-label 700ml release is bottled at 42% ABV, combining floral botanicals with a subtle coastal influence.

The producer describes a crisp, refreshing profile that balances floral character with a lightly saline edge. Heather and lavender shape the aroma, while gorse and kombu bring depth and a clean, coastal finish. Eden Mill recommends pairing the gin with a light tonic, blackberry, and mint, or using its focused botanical profile in a classic martini.
