Eden Mill Art of St Andrews 2023 Small Batch Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a limited-edition release from St Andrews, Scotland, inspired by the coastal spirit of Guardbridge and brought to life with label art by local illustrator Jill Calder. Crafted from malted barley and lightly peated, this expression is matured in Bourbon, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximénez casks before a finishing period in ex-Grande Champagne Cognac barrels. Bottled at 46.5% ABV, it presents a natural color and unchillfiltered character.

The nose opens with beach bonfire smoke and warm smoked shortbread, followed by a creamy sweetness. On the palate, gentle peat intertwines with dried fruits, toasted oak, and a subtle cognac richness, leading to a coastal, campfire-tinged finish that lingers like summer by the shore. Best enjoyed neat to appreciate its layered complexity, or with a splash of water to soften the smoke and reveal its elegant fruit and cask-driven depth.
