Don Ramón Platinium Edition Plata

Don Ramón Platinum Edition Plata is a refined expression of modern Mexican tequila, crafted in Jalisco from 100% Blue Weber agave and distilled twice in stainless steel stills for exceptional purity. Harvested at optimal sugar levels, this unaged tequila captures the true character of agave while delivering a smooth, clean profile that feels both vibrant and polished.

On the nose, it opens with fresh citrus, bright agave, and subtle mineral warmth, followed by tasting notes of cooked agave, light sweetness, and a crisp, refreshing finish that lingers effortlessly. Bottled at 40% alcohol, it’s best enjoyed neat or chilled to appreciate its clarity, while also excelling in premium cocktails like a classic Margarita or Paloma.
