Del Maguey Mezcal Single Village Las Milpas 750ml

Las Milpas brings Del Maguey’s Single Village approach to a vivid Espadín mezcal. Ripe agave is roasted in an earthen horno carved into a granite hillside, then milled with a horse-drawn molino and fermented in open-air wooden tanks with ambient microbes and yeasts before double distillation in small copper stills.

Slate and mineral notes lead into tropical fruit and citrus, with rose petal, lavender, tarragon, and pea-shoot nuances. The finish is long and pleasantly dry. This 750ml bottling is 46% ABV.
