Del Bac Ode to Islay 750 ml

Del Bac Ode to Islay is a bold American single malt from Tucson, Arizona, inspired by the smoky legends of Scotland yet rooted firmly in the desert Southwest. Crafted from malted barley and aged at least two years in small American oak casks before finishing in barrels that once held Islay whisky, it carries an unmistakable peated character at 55% ABV.

The nose opens with smoky citrus and warm caramel. On the palate, earthy peat smoke layers over sweet toffee and a flicker of bright citrus zest. The finish lingers long and smooth. Best enjoyed neat to savor its complexity, or with a splash of water to let the smoke and sweetness unfold.
