Del Bac Normandie Limited Release 750 ml

From Whiskey Del Bac in Tucson, Arizona, Normandie Limited Release is a Classic American Single Malt crafted from malted barley and aged in new charred American white oak barrels before a 13-month finish in Calvados brandy casks. Bottled at 97 proof (48.5% ABV), this small-batch release of only 900 bottles draws inspiration from France’s coastal Normandie region.

Expect layered notes of baked apple, ripe pear, vanilla custard, toasted oak, and warm baking spice carried from the Calvados cask finish. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to open its aromatic depth after a long evening.
