Daddy Rack Tennessee Straight Whiskey 750 mL

Daddy Rack Tennessee Straight Whiskey is a small-batch Tennessee whiskey shaped around locally farmed corn, sour mash fermentation, and lightly rectified copper double distillation. Its barrels are selected for natural rich golden color, oak-derived vanilla tones, and the flavor character developed during maturation in American oak.

Each batch draws from 20 barrels and is made without coloring or caramel. A second, lighter maple-charcoal filtration follows maturation before resting and bottling, adding the house’s final smoothing step. This Tennessee straight whiskey is bottled at 80 proof in a 750 mL bottle.
