Corbin Cash Barrel Reserve Sweet Potato Liqueur 750 mL

Corbin Cash turns its California-grown sweet potatoes into a distinctive barrel-aged liqueur inspired by founder David Souza’s mother’s sweet potato squares. The spirit is distilled at lower proof to retain more flavor, then aged in custom-charred American white oak for up to seven years.

Cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and a measured touch of brown sugar layer warm baking-spice character over the sweet-potato base. Bottled at 35% ABV (70 proof), this 750 mL Barrel Reserve release brings a rich, spice-led profile to the collection.
