Conniption American Dry Gin

Cold vacuum distillation gives Conniption American Dry Gin its vivid, fresh botanical character. Durham Distillery pairs traditional gin botanicals with a process designed to preserve their brightness, building from zesty orange and crisp juniper into cardamom, coriander, cucumber, and a soft honeysuckle lift.

On the palate, juniper and gentle spice meet sweet orange peel before angelica root draws the finish clean and dry, with cooling cucumber and a touch of orange zest. The result is a polished, aromatic gin with a modern profile that stays true to classic structure. Presented at 44% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
