Made from pears grown in Claque-Pépin's FRBIO-10 certified orchards in Normandy, this unfiltered organic pear cider is produced in the champenoise method. That traditional bottle fermentation gives its natural effervescence a graceful lift while keeping the orchard fruit at the center. Claque-Pépin sources much of its fruit from high-stem orchards.

Succulent pear leads the palate, followed by a tart green-apple finish that keeps the profile light and refreshing. The front label confirms USDA Organic certification and naturally gluten-free status. Enjoy a 750ml bottle at 4% ABV.
