Chicken Cock Red Stave Petite Sirah Barrel Finish Bourbon 750ml

Chicken Cock Red Stave is Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey finished in J. Wilkes Petite Sirah barrels from California. Released in a limited annual presentation, this exact 750ml bottle is presented at 51.2% ABV (102.4 proof).

The wine-barrel finish complements the bourbon with dark-fruit and oak character while preserving its Kentucky whiskey base. Enjoy it neat or with a few drops of water.
