Champagne Piaff Brut NV

Champagne Piaff Brut NV blends 35% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier and 35% Chardonnay from the Marne Valley. Vinified in stainless steel and aged on its lees for 24 months, it opens with brioche before pear and apple notes emerge. A persistent mousse carries the finish.

Presented in a 750 mL bottle at 12% ABV, this non-vintage Champagne is finished with a traditional cork-and-cage closure.
