Made from 100% rye grain, the whisky is aged with white oak, sugar maple, and cherrywood, then finished in rum casks. The profile delivers bold spice, cracked pepper, dark caramel, vanilla, and subtle molasses sweetness, layered with hints of tropical fruit and toasted wood. Bottled at 46% ABV, it drinks beautifully neat or over a single cube, where the rum finish softens the rye bite into something dangerously smooth.
