Catedral Mezcal Artesanal Madre Cuishe 750 ml

Madre Cuishe gives this Catedral mezcal a distinctive, layered character shaped by agave grown for 8–14 years in San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca. The producer fire-roasts the agave with encino wood and river rock, stone-mills it, ferments it in open-air sabino wood vats, and distills it twice in copper.

Sweet vanilla opens on the nose before cracked black pepper takes the palate; pink grapefruit carries through the finish with a bright lift. The result is an artisanal joven mezcal made from 100% maguey Madre Cuishe, with real production detail behind its clean, expressive profile. Catedral Madre Cuishe is 43% ABV in a 750 ml bottle.
