Catedral Mezcal Artesanal Espadín 750 mL

Rooted in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, Catedral Mezcal Artesanal Espadín is made from A. angustifolia agave aged five to seven years. The producer roasts hand-picked agave in stone ovens with pine wood and river rock, then tahona-mills it, ferments it in pine-wood vats, and distills it twice in copper pot stills.

The profile opens with salty earth and woody sweetness before a clean finish. Bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof), this 750 mL Espadín brings the producer’s traditional process into a structured, high-proof mezcal.
