Castle & Key Cask Strength Wheated Bourbon

Castle & Key Cask Strength Wheated Bourbon comes from the historic Castle & Key Distillery in Kentucky. The wheated expression is distilled, aged and bottled at the distillery, bringing its production together in one place.

Bottled at cask strength, this bourbon presents the character of its wheated mash bill without a fixed strength across releases. Its profile brings together sweetness and spice.

Vanilla and baking chocolate are among the notes described for the expression, alongside warm spice. A rich, warming character carries the wheated bourbon's balance of sweet and spicy flavors.
