Calisco Spirit of California 700ml

Calisco Spirit of California 700ml is a clear California grape brandy inspired by South American pisco and produced from California wine grapes. Its component distillates are rested in stainless steel for at least two years, then blended and bottled in Ukiah at 38% ABV (76 proof).

The producer describes aromas of jasmine, honeysuckle, mandarin, green apple, and pear, with melon, cucumber, lemon verbena, and light brine on the palate. The finish brings floral, citrus, cinnamon, white-pepper, and subtle chocolate notes, making it suitable for sipping or mixing.
