Bushwood Back 9 11-Year Kentucky Single Barrel Bottled in Bond Bourbon 750 mL

Eleven years in new Char 3 oak give Bushwood Back 9 its Kentucky single-barrel, bottled-in-bond character. Distilled, aged, and bottled in Kentucky, it is built on a mash bill of 78% corn, 13% rye, and 9% malted barley.

Warmed caramel, soft vanilla, oak, cinnamon, and toasted sugar lead the nose. The palate layers crème brûlée, custard sweetness, caramelized apples, and light oak, then finishes with a lengthy, refined combination of sweet and toasty notes. Bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), this is a 750 mL bourbon.
