Not quite rye, and not quite bourbon, this unique whiskey melds spice, sweet creamed corn, buttered bread, and vanilla aromas. Tropical pineapple, bananas foster, and earthy allspice comprise the palate, and it finishes with a touch of oak, chai tea, and cinnamon.
