Produced by Don Adrián and Lucio Bautista, it undergoes open-air fermentation in wooden vats with wild yeast and deep-well water, followed by double distillation in small copper pot stills. It is bottled at 47% ABV (94 proof).

The aroma combines sweet quince and anise with pronounced minerality. The palate develops into rich, herbaceous botanicals, carrying the mineral character through the finish. This single-maguey expression presents Tobasiche in a structured, aromatic style suited to sipping neat.
