Blanton’s Original Distillery Select Single Barrel Bourbon is a premium, small-batch bourbon produced at the historic Buffalo Trace Distillery in Kentucky. Introduced in 1984, it was the first bourbon to be sold commercially as a single-barrel product, a concept pioneered by Master Distiller Elmer T. Lee. Each bottle is drawn from an individual barrel aged in Warehouse H, which is known for its metal-clad structure that promotes unique aging conditions.
Bottled at 93 proof (46.5% ABV), Blanton’s offers a smooth, balanced flavor profile featuring notes of caramel, vanilla, honey, citrus, and baking spices, with a warm oak finish. Its approachable complexity makes it a favorite among both seasoned bourbon enthusiasts and newcomers alike.
Blanton’s quality, legacy, and packaging make it one of the most respected and sought-after bourbons in the world.
