Bimini BR1 Barrel Reserve No. 1 Gin

Three differently finished lots bring a measured layer of barrel character to Bimini’s botanical profile. The gin spends three months at full distillation strength in twice-used ex-bourbon apple brandy, rum, and sea salt barrels; the lots are blended, brought to proof, then rested in stainless steel for six weeks.

Grapefruit and hops lead with a suggestion of salinity, followed by juniper and tree fruit through the mid-palate. Caramel and vanilla linger on the finish. Bottled at 50.5% ABV (101 proof), BR1 comes in a 750 ml format.
