Big Easy 5 Year Whiskey 750ml

Big Easy 5 Year Whiskey is a New Orleans brand’s American whiskey built from a traditional bourbon mash of 81% corn, 15% rye, and 4% barley. After five years of aging, it is infused with an Old Fashioned-inspired blend of herbs, spices, botanicals, and fruit. This 750ml bottle is presented at 43% ABV, or 86 proof.

The recipe combines the grain-led foundation of aged American whiskey with the layered aromatic character associated with an Old Fashioned. Corn supplies the mash bill’s center, rye contributes spice, and the botanical and fruit infusion broadens the flavor without claiming straight-bourbon status. The producer recommends enjoying it over ice or using it in cocktails, where its prebuilt blend of whiskey, herbs, spice, and fruit can remain the focus.
