Belle de Brillet Pear Liqueur with Cognac 700ml

Belle de Brillet Pear Liqueur with Cognac is a French liqueur made with Williams pear eaux-de-vie and Cognac. Presented in its distinctive pear-shaped 700ml bottle, it is bottled at 30% ABV (60 proof).

Maison Brillet harvests and distills the Williams pears in France's Anjou region, then combines the pear spirit with Cognac from Fins Bois. The producer states that each 700ml bottle represents the equivalent of 18 pears, creating a fruit-forward liqueur for sipping neat, serving over ice, or mixing in cocktails.
