Bearface Wilderness Series 01 Matsutake 750ml

Bearface Wilderness Series 01 Matsutake is a boundary-pushing Canadian whisky crafted in Canada from 100% Canadian grains and aged five years in oak before a rare finish with wild matsutake mushrooms. Bottled at 42.5% ABV, this limited Wilderness Series release captures the untamed character of the forest with remarkable balance and depth.

Expect earthy umami layered with baking spice, dark fruit, toasted oak, and a whisper of smoke. The texture is bold yet smooth, unfolding into a long, savory finish. Sip it neat to explore its complexity, or pour over a single large cube to let the woodland notes slowly open in the glass.
