Bear Fight American Single Malt brings grain and wood character together with wildflower honey, fruit and floral notes. The producer describes a hint of Islay-style peat smoke within that balance, offering single-malt shoppers a way to explore an American interpretation of familiar Scotch influences. This is the American Single Malt expression, distinct from Bear Fight’s bourbon releases.
