Barrelsmith Paloma Cocktail 750ml

Barrelsmith takes the Paloma in a still, barrel-rested direction. Reposado Tequila, grapefruit, and lemon form the cocktail before it rests in oak, while a touch of sea salt is added before bottling. The result is a ready-to-pour interpretation of the classic rather than a fizzy highball.

Grapefruit and lemon lead the profile, with the barrel rest and sea salt giving the recipe its distinctive finish. Serve over ice as Barrelsmith directs. This 750ml bottle is 66 proof (33% ABV).
