Barrell Bourbon Batch 037 Cask Strength Bourbon 750ml

Barrell Bourbon Batch 037 brings together straight bourbon whiskeys distilled and aged in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Indiana before bottling in Kentucky at cask strength. The blend uses 8- to 15-year components and a derived mash bill of 78% corn, 18% rye, and 4% malted barley.

The producer describes aromas of sour Granny Smith apple, salted caramel, peach sun tea, honey, cardamom, and toffee. A zesty palate moves through Curaçao orange liqueur and candied ginger into spiced orange, pine, banana, and dark chocolate, then lingers with cocoa, orange zest, and toffee. This 750ml release is bottled at 55.69% ABV (111.38 proof).
