Banhez Mezcal Artesanal Joven Jabalí 750 mL

Banhez Jabalí is made from 100% Jabalí agave, a species the producer describes as notably difficult to distill. That singular agave focus gives this artesanal mezcal its own character and a clear sense of place.

The producer describes a citric, light-bodied profile with a lively mouthfeel. Lactose, wet stone, fermented fruit, and herbaceous conifer notes move naturally from the aroma through the finish, where the profile stays bright, mineral, and herbal. Bottled at 47% ABV (94 proof), Banhez Jabalí comes in a 750 mL bottle.
