Asombroso Vintage 11 Year Extra Añejo 750ml

Eleven years of aging give this Asombroso extra añejo its patient, polished character. The tequila begins with Weber Blue Agave from the Tequila Valley, then follows a production path of stone-and-brick ovens, roller-mill extraction, closed stainless-steel fermentation with Champagne yeast, and two distillations. Its hand-blown art-glass decanter makes the presentation as distinctive as the spirit within.

Warm agave, vanilla, and wood lead the aroma, with honey and light cinnamon adding detail. The palate brings butterscotch, caramel, and buttercream before a smooth, medium-bodied, oak-toned finish. This 750ml tequila is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
