Arette Artesanal Blanco Tequila 700ml

Arette was launched in 1986 at El Llano, the family distillery founded in 1900 in Tequila, Jalisco. Its Artesanal line begins with agave piñas slowly cooked for 48 hours in stone-and-brick ovens, then milled, spontaneously fermented in open-air concrete tanks with wild yeast, and double distilled in copper-coil pot stills. Fresh agave and citrus zest lead into pepper, with a smooth medium-bodied palate and a crisp, refreshing finish. This 700ml Blanco is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), and its label identifies it as Tequila 100% Agave Azul.
