Anillos Mezcal Ensamble Joven 750ml

Anillos Mezcal Ensamble Joven 750ml is an artisanal mezcal from Oaxaca, Mexico, produced from 100% Espadín and Tobalá agave. The agaves are cooked and fermented underground together under fifth-generation Master Mezcalero Edgar Martínez Juárez. Bottled at 44% ABV (88 proof), this joven expression pairs Espadín’s structure with Tobalá’s fresh character.

The aroma is fresh, followed by a light, sweet profile with citrus zest, earthy and grassy tones, and gentle smoke. The finish is smooth and balanced, allowing the character of both agaves to remain clear rather than becoming heavily smoky. The result is a measured ensamble that brings citrus brightness, earth, grass, and subtle smoke into focus.
