Alma del Jaguar Añejo Barricas Series Apple Brandy Cask 750ml

French oak ex-Calvados casks from Normandy, France give this Alma del Jaguar Barricas Series Añejo its distinctive frame. The producer identifies it as a 44% ABV expression, and the label specifies 100% pure de agave.

Alma del Jaguar describes a meeting of cooked agave, French oak, and sweet cinnamon-apple notes associated with northern France’s historic apple and pear brandy. That cask influence makes this a defined variation within the Barricas Series rather than a standard Añejo. Presented in a 750 ml bottle at 44% ABV (88 proof).
